Once we have examined the mouth and taken X-rays, our dentist can then begin to remove the decay or the nerve of the tooth while the patient is anesthetized.  Once the tooth and root canal system has been entirely cleaned out, we can then choose which restorative options may be available to the patient.  Some of the most common choices include tooth-colored fillings or crowns that are going to allow the patient to eat, speak, and smile with confidence.
