- TMJ/Bruxism Treatment — Jaw pain, clicking, or trouble chewing may point to a TMJ disorder or nighttime grinding. Dr. Maddahi performs a thorough evaluation before creating a personalized treatment plan.
- Sleep Apnea and Snoring Treatment — Dr. Maddahi completed a mini-residency in Dental Sleep Medicine at Tufts. He works with sleep physicians, who diagnose sleep apnea, and makes custom oral appliances for patients who snore or find CPAP hard to use.
- HealthyStart® System — This system uses gentle appliances to guide jaw growth and tooth eruption in children as young as two. It may help address grinding, deep overbites, and habits linked to sleep and breathing problems, while the jaw is still developing.
- Periodontal Care With MyPerioPath® Testing — Gum disease is a bacterial infection. MyPerioPath is a lab test that identifies which bacteria are present, so Dr. Maddahi can choose targeted treatment such as antibiotics, special rinses, or scaling and root planing.
- Family Dentistry — We welcome all ages, from children getting their first tooth through the senior years. Regular exams help catch problems early, when treatment is often simpler.
- Dental Implants — Dr. Maddahi places and restores implants in our office, including bone grafting when needed. Treatment typically takes several months from placement to final crown.
- Crowns and Bridges — A crown covers and protects a decayed, cracked, or weakened tooth. A bridge replaces missing teeth by anchoring to healthy teeth on either side. Both usually take two visits.
- Composite Fillings — Tooth-colored composite resin repairs cavities and small chips while preserving as much natural tooth as possible. The material bonds to your tooth and matches its shade.
- Invisalign® Clear Aligners — Invisalign aligners gradually straighten teeth with a customized treatment plan and a series of clear, removable trays. We can even give you a preview of your proposed smile before we begin.
